Builds boys and young men into disciplined, confident followers of Jesus Christ through Bible study, drill, games and service.
Sure and Stedfast
The Boys Brigade at Bambili Baptist Church is part of the worldwide Boys' Brigade movement, founded in Glasgow in 1883. Its aim is the advancement of Christ's Kingdom among boys, and the promotion of obedience, reverence, discipline and self-respect.
What we do
- Bible class: weekly lessons that help boys know and follow Jesus
- Drill and band: marching, uniform parade and teamwork
- Games and outings: sports, camps and educational trips
- Service: helping in church, caring for the community and serving at special events
Who can join
Boys of school age who want to grow in faith, character and leadership. Parents are welcome to come with their sons to a first meeting.
Our hope
We want every boy to leave the Brigade sure of his faith in Christ and steadfast in living it out at home, at school and in the church.
