Ministry
Worship Ministry
Leads the congregation in praise and worship through song, music and Scripture, so every service points people to God.
Worship in spirit and in truth
The Worship Ministry leads Bambili Baptist Church in glorifying God through music and song. Our goal is not performance but helping the whole congregation meet with God.
What we do
- Praise and worship team: leading congregational singing every Sunday
- Choir: preparing special songs for services, festivals and church events
- Instrumentalists: keyboard, drums, guitar and traditional instruments
- Hymns and new songs: keeping the rich hymns of the faith alongside fresh songs of praise in English, Pidgin and local languages
- Training: weekly rehearsals and teaching on the biblical meaning of worship
Who can join
Believers who love to worship and want to use their voice or instrument for God. You do not need to be a professional: a willing heart and faithfulness at rehearsals matter most.
Get involved
Come to a rehearsal and speak to the worship leader about joining the team or the choir.
"God is spirit, and his worshippers must worship in the Spirit and in truth." (John 4:24)
